Domestic Shipping Policy & Details:
Our shipping expenses are based on UPS rates. However, we reserve the right to ship these products via a comparable service (such as USPS, DHL, and/or FedEx) without prior notice.
A valid phone number is required for every order placed through our website. We reserve the right to request verification of billing address and phone number at any time, and we do so for the vast majority of sales with unique "ship to" and "bill to" addresses.
Every shipment is dispatched from our New York-based distribution center.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be generated for you. This number might not become active and accessible for up to twenty-four hours.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural calamities, or other factors beyond Mega Bear Corp's control.
Additional United States Shipping To Territories And Non-Contiguous States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). Currently, Mega Bear Corporation does not ship to non-contiguous U.S. states and territories.
International Shipping:
Due to a current Mega Giant Bears limitation, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Please ensure you provide the exact street address, as we do not dispatch to P.O. Boxes. Incorrect shipping addresses (P.O. Boxes) are not accepted for orders.
Other Shipping Information:
Mega Bear Corp bills are not delivered with packages. A packing sheet with the shipper's address, phone number, order number and date, receiver's address, method of shipment, and general item information will be included in the box, but without price.
Mega Bear Corp does not give a direct messenger. All deliveries are made to the recipient's shipping address (no signature necessary) or kept for pickup at a local UPS location.
When mailing to numerous addresses, please place each purchase individually. Our order system does not support multiple "Ship To" addresses inside a single order.
Some governments have size limitations. If you have any problems during checkout, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with your transaction.
Mega Bear Corp retains the right to reject service or hold any order pending security evaluation. If your order is disrupted, you will be contacted within two business days.

Bear Packaging:
Bears are delivered to you in a plain cardboard box; nevertheless, our firm name "Mega Bear Corp" will still display on the mailing label. Bears 5 feet and up are transported in a vacuum-sealed bag inside a cardboard box. Each package includes instructions on how to properly extract your bear or product from the vacuum-sealed bag. Unwrap gently and watch as your bear/product grows to life-size!
Return & Refund Policy:
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In some instances, only partial reimbursements are issued (if applicable).
Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, has filthy markings, is different in size, or is missing parts for causes other than our fault.
Any item returned more than thirty days after delivery.
Refunds ( if applicable)
Once your return has been received and examined, we will contact you via email. We will also tell you if your refund was approved or rejected.
If authorized, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card, original method of payment, or bank account within 30 business days.
We do provide returns if the product is in great condition and without any damage.
Returning Shipping:
To return your purchase, please ship it to the address provided by our customer service when you contact us by email: megabearcorp@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for your own shipping charges when returning the products. Shipping expenses are nonrefundable. If you obtain a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if appropriate)
We will only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at megabearcorp@gmail.com
Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of when they were placed.
If we fail to deliver within 10 days, you can receive a refund (average delivery time is 2-10 days).
